Refund Policy

techniflows Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") operates a fair and transparent refund policy for customer satisfaction. Please review the following terms for your reference.

1. Refund Eligible Conditions

1.1 Full Refund Within 14 Days

  • Full refund is available for cancellation requests within 14 days of paid subscription start.
  • Free trial period is excluded from refund eligibility.
  • Service will be suspended upon refund, and data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

1.2 Prorated Refund After 14 Days

  • After 14 days from subscription start, only the unused period will be refunded proportionally.
  • Refund Amount = (Remaining Days / Total Subscription Days) × Payment Amount
  • Daily calculation is applied based on the refund request date.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Service disruption due to customer fault
  • Service suspension due to terms of service violation
  • Cancellation during free trial period
  • Cases where refund is restricted by applicable laws
  • Fraudulent or malicious use of services

3. Refund Application Process

  1. Refund Request: Submit refund request to contact@bylinecloud.com
  2. Required Information:
    • Registered email address
    • Payment information (date, amount)
    • Reason for refund
  3. Review: Review completed within 3 business days of application
  4. Refund Processing: When approved, refund completed within the periods below

4. Refund Processing Period

  • Credit Card: 3–7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days
  • International Payment: 5–14 business days

* Refund processing period may be delayed according to payment provider (Paddle) and financial institution policies.

5. Partial Refund

Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Service downgrade requests
  • Service interruption due to company reasons
  • When agreed service levels (SLA) are not met

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Refund-related disputes will first be addressed through customer support.
  • If unresolved, mediation can be requested from the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee.
  • For legal resolution, Daejeon District Court shall be the competent court.

8. Policy Changes

This refund policy may be modified due to changes in applicable laws or company policies, and changes will be announced 7 days in advance.
